PPE kits for doctors and nurses in Bangladesh

HI! My awesome friend (Shafqat Amin) and I are raising funds to support doctors who are/going to be on the frontlines of the covid19 pandemic in Bangladesh. Currently, they are incredibly vulnerable to the virus because they have no personal protection kits (PPE) when they are treating patients. This endangers both the doctors and the other non-infected patients that they are seeing every day. To support and protect these health service providers, we are in the process of purchasing PPE kits in bulk and distributing them to the nurses and doctors working in especially vulnerable environments in Dhaka, such as Kuwait-Bangladesh Moitri Hospital, Kurmitola Hospital, and Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
So far, my Dad (Dr. Mahbubor Rahman) and his colleagues Dr. Shiblee Pathan (Labaid Cardiac Hospital) and Dr. Sabrina Mohona (Kuwait-Bangladesh Moitri Hospital) have ordered and distributed 100 reusable PPE kits and 70 N95 masks with YOUR donations! We were also able to donate 5000 BDT to Pothoshishu Sheba Shongothon* to support their feeding programs for underprivileged, orphaned/homeless children in Dhaka!
However, the fight is not over. We are looking to YOU to support and protect those who are risking their lives to keep our country safe. Please consider donating.
