We are raising funds to buy Personal Protective Equipment (‘PPE’) for our Yorkshire NHS staff and all those working in GP surgeries and medical centres around Yorkshire. We are receiving information from friends and family who are currently working on the frontline that, there simply is not enough PPE to go around. We were so frustrated by this – we decided to set up this page. We have identified the urgent need for in particular facemasks and gowns across local providers, and have been in touch with various contacts and suppliers in an attempt to rectify this. We will try and update this page with our progress as we go along. We truly believe that the safety of front line workers, who are treating patients with COVID 19, is a non negotiable priority. This is our attempt to try and help them in their incredible service. If you or someone you know can help with manufacturing, please get in touch.
