Building Dreams

Hello my name is Angel Moore I am a small business owner located in the Dallas metropolitan area. Ever since I could remember it has been my dream to be a successful businesswoman. I have always had big and bright ideals. In 2017 I took a risk with funding my first business. Although I had great successes. I accomplished a lot on the business spectrum and also on the personal side. I wanted to venture out more with a different business goal. This business is a little more special to me because, it gives me the opportunity to help families get back to work or start a whole new career. Since the pandemic the working class in the urban areas have been hit hard with the shortage of job placements and job readiness skills. However, this is where my team and I will step in and bridge the gap between clients that are looking for highly skilled candidates and job seekers who are looking to grow or jump start their careers. I have started a staffing firm (EIK Management). We will offer job readiness courses that will include resume writing assistance, interview tips and customer service courses. Along with these services we plan on making our candidates more marketable not only for temporary/seasonal work but, also for long-term and direct hire placement. The funds that we will raise will be able to provide working capital for the business. We will be able to employ a diverse team of people who are highly skilled in recruitment, training, management and financial literacy. We will be able to fund an on-site location so our communities can get the hands on experience and training needed to become their families next success story.
