We are starting this GoFundMe for our parents, Shawn and Linda. Linda, our sweet mom and Nana, was recently diagnosed with grade 3 invasive ductile carcinoma breast cancer, which is a very aggressive, fast-growing cancer. Her treatment plan will consist of 6-7 months of aggressive chemo and then hopefully surgery. She is a firm believer and warrior for Christ, a loving wife, caring mother, a wonderful Nana to three sweet girls and so much more to her community. She is ready to fight this cancer and we are going to support her in every way we can.

As you all can imagine, this has been a life-altering moment for our family. We are placing our faith in God for complete healing of our Nana, trusting Him every step of the way.

Still, the financial burden that comes with fighting cancer is heavy. She owns a barbershop in town and while she is in treatment she will have to close the shop multiple days in a row and that will eventually add up as well. Even with insurance, the costs are overwhelming. The trips to and from Huntsville will add up.

We are asking for help for them, whether through a donation, a prayer, or simply sharing this campaign, to help lift some of that weight so that my Dad and Linda (Nana) can focus entirely on healing, and they can continue to be strong for each other.
