With the passing of the days and after talking with the family , we now have a clear idea of what our next steps will be.

To start, my brother David Herrera and I are responsible for the donated money. The funds will go directly into his account, and he will be in charge of purchasing the items and personally delivering them to the final beneficiary — my aunt!

The list of things she needs is long, but we want to start with the essentials: a stove, a refrigerator, mattresses, and clothing…

The delivery of these items will take place on October 25, so this fund will remain open until the 19th in order to withdraw the money and make the purchases.

Last weekend, there were floods that affected many people, including my aunt Linda — a widowed woman with limited resources who lost the little she had left. Her source of income was a sewing machine that is now unusable. They have no clothes, no shoes, and nowhere to sleep. People are desperate.

we want to use the money to buy clothes, mattresses, pillows, cleaning products and a sewing machine, take it all in a big truck and help my aunt Linda, her family and as many people as we can.
