Poynton Dippers charity swim for Ollie's army

This year Poynton Dippers Swimming Club has chosen to support Ollie’s Army for their 2024 long distance charity swim.

The club is excited to be running this event as an entire Dippers club wide event with all members invited, plus our coaches and volunteers. Whether it's personal challenge, parents vs. kids, aunties and uncles vs. kids, or friends and family, everyone is invited.

The aim is to see how many lengths can you swim in the allocated time? Can you beat your friends/family? Can you set a record in your age group? Or simply come along, have some fun, raise some money, swim what you can, in the clubs annual long distance charity swim!

The long distance swim will replace all normal training sessions on Tuesday 2 July, Thursday 4 July, and Saturday 6 July. There is an optional £3 charity contribution which will be collected via direct debit after the event with the full amount going to charity.
