Three weeks ago, The Nork Family received the worst news of their lives.  Their vibrant, love for life 9-year old little boy, Parker, was diagnosed with B-Cell Leukemia. With a high success rate of cure, the future looked hopeful and positive.  On March 10th, things took a turn for the worst and Parker ended up in the PICU at CHOP. Doctors tried everything they could to save him, but unfortunately Parker's body couldn't endure it.  On March 11th Parker passed away with his family surrounding him.

No mother or father should ever have to endure the pain and suffering of losing a child.  The Nork family has been a big part of the Stafford community, volunteering their time with the Stafford Sparklers Cheer, Southern Rams Youth Football and Stafford Boy's Lacrosse along with the Toms River Blackhawks hockey league.  We would like to support and give back to this wonderful, giving, selfless family.

Parker was an amazing goalie for the Toms River Blackhawks, proudly wearing the #1.  He also played for both Southern Youth Football and Stafford Lacrosse teams, depending on the season.  He spent the rest of his free time outside playing every of sport from slapping the hockey puck around, shooting baskets, kicking the soccer ball and just being a kid.
