Hey all, family, friends, and all far and wide. I’ve recently been given the chance to represent Australia in South Africa this coming November 2025 at the Powerlifting World Championships. This is such a huge honour, and I’m humbled to have this opportunity and the journey that comes with it.

Being only my first year in the sport, stepping onto the world stage is something I never thought would be possible. But here we are, and it’s only the beginning. Those who know me and the setbacks I’ve had with injuries over the years know how much of a struggle it’s been—and how much of a surprise this chance really is. The love and support I’ve had so far means the world to me, and I’ll always be grateful for it.
