struggling after car accident

I was in a very bad car accident recently. Work has been a difficult challenge. I am healing, but I'm very far behind on my bills due to not working for almost a year. Iam trying to avoid losing my home to tax liens. I have 2 little boys to take care of plus a dog. I need serious help. Any amount contributed will be greatly appreciated.
