It’s with a very heavy heart that we send this message.

Early Monday morning, Gerardo was in a severe accident and unfortunately didn’t survive.

This is devastating. Gerardo was such an important part of our team. He was full of energy and life and always brought happiness into the room. If our culture was a person, it would be Gerardo - humble, grateful and engaged. He was the hardest worker in the room.

Obviously, we’re all devastated. This is hitting all of us as a massive shock. Life is precious. Hug your loved ones a little tighter.

The Crew is about unity. It means something to be part of this team. We really want to show up for each other and for his family.
