Power Chair for Corey's Mobility

Hello everyone,

As most of you know, I lost my mobility in 2016 & now I depend on a wheelchair to get around. My therapist recommend that I use a power chair in order to maintain my independence. I agree with... however, the chair comes with a copay that is rather extensive being that my income verification doesn't match. 

Here's where you can assist. I'm asking each individual to donate to the cause, so that I can retain my independence and receive proper therapy assistance.
