Hello, my name is Nicole, and if you've found yourself here on this GoFundMe page, its because you want to help support my dream. Recently, I've been fortunate enough to been offered a permanent spot at Karoake Kubo in Redlands. Kubo which will be a coworking space on weekdays, where I will be serving coffee. I never thought this would be happening, especially now which is why I do not have all the funds saved. I used all the resources I had to rebuild my cart in order to operate as a small coffee shop. The funds I had I also used to upgrade my espresso machine. I need help to make sure I get all the permits, and necessary things to open to the public. I need help to raise money for a compact mobile food operation permit process which is $850 and a station on my cart to wash my hands, this will allow me to be approved by the health department so I can open, a new grinder $1,300 because my old grinder broke, supplies, etc. I do not take donating lightly, and I appreciate anyone who decides to give. I wanted to share what the costs are that way you know why I am asking for this amount. I really want to make this dream true, and be finanically okay enough to do it as I have already poured alot of not just time but money into it myself. I need your help.

Here is a little more about how I started:

The name "Pour Vida" emerged from a collaboration with my friends Jen and Mel. We played with the phrase "Por Vida," which means "For Life" in Spanish. By substituting "Pour" for "Por," essentially this means pouring life into people. With Jen and Mel's blessing, I embraced the name Pour Vida Coffee as a reflection of my mission.

I began pursuing my dream by hosting pop-up events at my friend Rosie's house, aptly named Es La Casa, during their Sunday worship nights. Eventually, I expanded to hosting my own pop-ups on Saturdays. Recently, I've been fortunate to secure a permanent spot at Kubo in Redlands. Kubo serves as a coworking space on weekdays and transforms into a venue for unwinding and enjoying karaoke with friends on weekends.
