Pour One Out for 123

Hi all- it is with an extremely heavy heart that I am writing this on behalf of the current group of Temple kids. Our beloved (and sometimes despised) 123 Burbank House caught fire on Saturday, March 18th and is a total loss. Fortunately, everyone is safe and they are doing as well as you can be in a situation like this.

It is pretty surreal to think back on all of the parties thrown, the shows hosted, the projects filmed, holiday gatherings, game nights, movie marathons and friends made and/or lost in this special place. I know I speak for 40+ of you when I say most of us started our careers and lives in LA through the cheap rent and community created in the 123 house.

The goal of this gofundme is to be able to throw a chunk of change at this wonderful group of humans who tried to save the place. They suffered extensive damage to their personal belongings in the rooms affected by the fire as well as smoke and soot damage to the personal belongings in their rooms. All proceeds will be evenly split between current residents, Janette, Anya, Jack, Zach, Kyle and Brice, in hopes of helping them with misc. costs incurred by displacement.
