Post-Move Expenses Are Bad
Donation protected
I just moved up to Ohio, and unfortunately, the move has cost a lot more than was expected. I've run up some serious credit card debt to get here, and I thought I had a job waiting but things didn't pan out. Rent is due soon, and while I think we'll scrounge up enough for that - utilities are coming up, and the credit card bills are stacking. It's not pretty.
I don't like asking for help, but a friend of mine suggested this, so I'm trying. I'm still looking for work, but my medical bills from having a chronic severe medical condition require constant attention. These bills, without Medicaid my pills alone are over 600 bucks a month. This doesn't even count doctor's bills - and if I get a job that doesn't have benefits, I lose that little bit of security I have...so I feel like I'm damned if I do damned if I don't.
I want a good job. I'm trying. But bills are due soon, and even if I get one it's going to take time to catch up.
