With the COVID-19 situation, we had to close the store in March 2020 to comply with the shelter-at-home directives and to protect both ourselves and our clients from exposure and contamination.
While we continue to come into the store to receive, sort and distribute the mail for our existing mailbox holders, we are doing this work at our own risk and to avoid interruption to our customer's correspondence, as we consider this is our duty to them and our small part in helping the economy function in difficult times.
However, to be clear, we have had ZERO revenue since closing the store, yet the bills are coming due every month without fail.
We have used our limited personal savings to pay these bills and keep the store from closing, and will continue to do so as long as we can.
At the same time, if you enjoyed our presence in the neighborhood, think we provide a useful service and are able to and willing to contribute, we would greatly appreciate your support in keeping this small business alive till the time comes to re-open.
We know everyone is experiencing difficulties in these difficult times, so we are very thankful for anyone making this effort to support our store and community.
