Fund for Recovery after Brain Surgery

It was very tough for me to even put the words on paper let alone do a gofundme and share this for you all to read.
I would not be asking for help if I were not in such a rough spot right now. I was recently diagnosed with a large Cavernous Malformation in my brain. I have been experiencing seizures for the last two years and every time I have one it is causing small lesions in my brain to occur and bleed out. The severity of the issue has pushed me to get surgery at the end of this month, on March 28th.
The seizures are getting worse and we need to have surgery right away to remove the malformation. I am of course scared but I am so thankful for my doctors and the team at Stanford for helping me take care of this swiftly so I will be able to go on to lead a normal life again.
I was actually going to move back to Michigan permanently to be with my sons but stayed for testing and now I will have to be in CA longer than expected. I have been couch surfing for a while or else this wouldn’t be a issue but because I have nowhere to stay after post op (which will be up to 6 weeks), and the surgery is very soon, I need to find a stable place to stay during recovery.
I am looking into Airbnb's but just cannot afford the cost for a month stay.
With not being able to work right now or drive and having to go onto disability (which I have no idea when it will start) make funds even tighter and I just don’t have enough to cover it all.
I am asking for any help you may be willing to give so I can get a place during the time I recover from surgery.
Thank you for reading <3 for all your help and prayers.
Much love and positive vibes to you all,
