Post Car Accident Emergency and Medical Funds

My name is Jacob. This morning around 3:40 am, my girlfriend and I were driving back to our old apartment from our new one to gather the rest of our belongings (we’re currently in the middle of moving).
I came to a stop at the red light and I guess the driver behind us was distracted and rear ended us going upwards of 45mph.
My girlfriend is in a lot of pain and pretty banged up. We had her dad rush her to the ER after the crash. I am physically unscathed but the insurance and all the legalities and finances of having my car totaled is a load of stress.
This money will be put towards helping us get back on our feet. Money was already tight before the crash but now.
Money will help pay for a new vehicle for me, pay for my girlfriend’s medical bills, and general compensation.
