On Sunday, June 1st, at the War in the Woods event, Bill Deshong, also known as Porttech Bill, was injured during a competition pass. He was airlifted to a Level 1 trauma hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He sustained several broken bones and will require multiple surgeries to recover. Unfortunately, he will be unable to work for several months.

Many of you know Bill as a well-respected and exceptional engine builder; his engines can be found powering many winners at race tracks. Bill is not only a talented engine builder but also a wonderful friend and teammate, always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. This is why we are organizing this fundraiser to support him during his recovery.
