This has been a very sad few days and some of the most difficult in all of our restaurant careers. Anyone who has ever been to Porterhouse Grill knows that all of our employees and team members are a part of our family.

Though we know it's for everyone's own health and safety, it breaks our hearts that we had to close Porterhouse Grill, and worst of all not to be able to take care of all of our employees. Hopefully this is just a temporary situation but as we go forward our employees are scared and nervous about what the immediate future holds.  That is why we started the Porterhouse Grill Employee Gofundme, 100% of which will go directly to all of our employees. Hopefully, soon we can get back to serving our community, providing a great place of employment and being an Athens staple for another 20 years.
