Portable Defibrilator

West Sussex Bowls Tourists was established in 1955 and apart from the Covid years, has toured every single year, travelling all over the country, as well as playing local clubs in Sussex.

With an age range of 30 to 90 and average age of over 70, some of our members (and those of the clubs we visit) aren't in the best of health and despite us normally having qualifed First Aiders on the tour party, a Portable Defibrilator could literally save someone's life.

Some of the clubs we visit do have their own defibrilators, but an awful lot don't, and this could be essential in providing help and assisstance until Emergency Services arrive.

On Saturday 21st June 2025, I will be undertaking a massive 13 hour Bowlathon at Priory Park, Chichester (starting at 8.30am), playing various opponents.

For every shot scored against me, I will donate 50p and for every shot I score, my opponent will donate £1 to the cause.
