Port Chester Guatemalan Relief

As many of you know there was a catastrophic volcano eruption in Guatemala this weekend. As of today, over 60 people are known dead and scores are still missing. I have been tutoring kids from the Port Chester Middle School for the past year. This community right next door to Rye Brook where I am from has over 2000 Guatemalan natives that call Port Chester home. 

There is a fundraising effort under way by Hubert Diaz, a Port Chester resident from Guatemala and village Trustee Luis Marino this Saturday to raise money to provide aid supplies, food, clothing and water which they plan to hand deliver to the region. I would like to help raise funds and show support from the Rye Brook community which benefits so much from the diversity of the Port Chester community next door. 

With your help, me and my father, Eric Storch, will deliver a check this Saturday showing our support.
