Lisma es de Carora, Venezuela. Es mamá, abuela de dos niños pequeños y el pilar de su familia.

Hoy enfrenta una batalla por su vida: fue diagnosticada con cáncer de cuello uterino hace 9 meses y aún no ha podido comenzar tratamiento por falta de recursos.

Hace poco, fue atendida por primera vez en un hospital público.

¿La respuesta? Una cita para julio.

Pero su cáncer es agresivo. No puede seguir esperando.

Encontramos una alternativa en una clínica privada que ya dio presupuesto, pero necesita un pago inicial del 70% para empezar quimioterapia, radioterapia y atención médica.

Creamos esta campaña para ayudarla a comenzar lo antes posible, con dignidad y esperanza.

Urgent Help for Lisma

Campaign organized by her cousins Yenny and Denny.

Lisma is from Carora, Venezuela. She’s a mother, a grandmother to two young children, and the pillar of her family.

Today, she’s fighting for her life: she was diagnosed with cervical cancer 9 months ago and still hasn’t been able to begin treatment due to lack of resources.

Recently, she was seen at a public hospital for the first time.

The answer? An appointment for July.

But her cancer is aggressive — she cannot afford to wait.

We found a private clinic willing to start treatment, but they require a 70% upfront payment to begin chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and medical care.

We created this campaign to help her start treatment as soon as possible, with dignity and hope.

Even if you don’t know her, your donation — or simply sharing her story — can make a real difference.

The account is based in the U.S. because donations cannot be received directly in Venezuela.
