Hola! me presento ante ustedes, soy Marianela Ávila Belloso,
venezolana, madre de dos hijos Juan Fernando, Fabiana Victoria,
casada con Tirzo Carruyo, abogado, profesora de la FACULTAD DE
CIENCIAS JURIDICAS Y POLITICAS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DEL ZULIA, para
plantearles el recorrido de mi salud a partir del mes de abril del
presente año 2018.. Siendo responsable en el estudio anual de examen
de seno, se evidencio en el informe de ecosonograma fibroadenoma
probablemente benigno, donde la recomendación indicada fue Cirugía
efectivamente realizada el 28 de mayo, con resultado en biopsia por
congelación NEGATIVO, y el 12 de junio en biopsia definitiva POSITIVO,
ADENOCARCINOMA DUCTAL INFILTRANTE NID 3.. diagnostico que nos lleno de
confusión, de modo que buscamos segunda opinión, se repitió biopsia
en los bloques de parafina, y el reusltado siguió siendo el mismo,
donde amerite segunda intervención, previo una cantidad de
examenes, en la segunda cirugía del 14 de agosto, resulto según informe
definitivo de Anatomía Patológica, CARCINOMA DUCTAL IN SITU DE GRADO
INTERMEDIO, 5 ganglios NEGATIVO.. Para lo cual se recmendo TRATAMIENTO
COMPLEMENTARIO CON RADIOTERAPIA,ademas, por la determinación de
recptores de Estrogenos y Progesteronas fue POSITIVO.
Agradezco la colaboración que puedan realizar, para finalizar el tratamiento bajo la GRACIA Y GLORIA DE DIOS, LA VIRGEN, LOS SANTOS Y LOS ANGELES.

Tirzo Carruyo, Esq. I teach law at the faculty of legal and political sciences at Universidad del Zulia.
Since April, 2018, after getting my yearly breast exam, it was apparent on the results of the sonogram
I had a possibly benign fibroadenoma where upon I was given the recommendation of getting immediate surgery to extract it.
That surgery took place on May 28th. The biopsy results initially were negative but on June 12th I was given the diagnosis:
invasive ductal carcinoma. .. After much confusion, my family and I decided to look for a second opinion, we did a third biopsy and the result was the same. On August 14th I had a second surgery -for which we had to sell our car in order to pay it- to further remove the tumor, after which I was given the definite diagnosis: Ductal carcinoma in situ of intermediate grade, all 5 lymph nodes turned out negative. I am currently in the middle of radiation therapy sessions but given that my country is going through severe medicine shortages I need help to acquire my hormone treatment that I need to take for the next 5 years in order to reduce the chances of recurrence. Each bottle costs around 125$. Any type of assistance will be appreciated be it big or small. May God be with you all.
