I am asking for help from this community for my granddaughter. She has been in a terrible car accident in Mexico while trying to cross the border to come to the United States to be closer to her only family. March 15, 2022, in a freak accident, while traveling in Mexico, the wheel popped. The car flipped several times where she suffered a concussion, fractured five ribs on her right side and is currently in a coma due to swelling in the brain and pneumothorax in both lungs as well as drainage of liquid, and she needs help from a machine to breathe.
