Poppy's transplant journey

Poppy is currently in recovery for receiving a beautiful gift of a new liver and bowel transplant at the age 6. She is the most amazing and funniest little lady and hospital stays take there toll financially. I am setting up this page to take the pressure of finance out of the equation so that poppy's mum and family can eliminate the worry and stress, so they can put every single ounce into poppy's recovery and get that little lady back home with her sister and her family.
