Hi everyone,
As many of you know, I have a little Pomeranian named Poppy that is the light of my life. She’s a 5 year old girl that recently was admitted to the hospital after steadily declining over the past week. After many diagnostic tests, it’s been determined that she has gallbladder issues and her body and liver are in distress as the organ tries to do what it’s meant to.
She’s been receiving care at Paramount 24/7 Pet hospital for the last 3 days and I was told today ( January 11, 2026) that while she’s making improvements, they want to continue to monitor her, and thus keep her in the hospital.
As many people know that have pets, vet bills can be astronomical and can accumulate incredibly quickly. Poppy is now verging on over $6000 for her stay and I’m reaching desperation for the ability to keep her in the hospital where she can continue to get better and receive the care she needs.
I’m asking my community of friends and family from the bottom of my heart (and Poppy’s too!) if there is any way you can help with the vet bills. Any amount will help and the kindness we receive is nothing I will ever take for granted and I will do my best to pay it forward for the rest of my life.
If you can’t donate, please keep my little Poppy girl in your thoughts as we hope to continue to see her get better.
Love to you all, and thank you.
