Miss Poppy had a routine appointment on Friday October 17th which ended up in her being re-admitted into the hospital.

Her heart is not functioning as it should be with the “Glenn” anatomy.

There is a high risk surgery they could do for Poppy that would put her back to a shunt but there’s a 50% chance she won’t survive it and even if she did there’s no guarantee of getting back to the Glenn anatomy and we’d be right back where we started. We don’t want to watch her go through all of that for no reason so have decided to bring her home and give her comfort care for as long as we can. We would appreciate any help we can get in this difficult time.
