Poppa Jacks Plea Help For Four Generations To Find a Safe Home
Hello,
Many of you reading this know me by Poppa Jack.
My name is John Pruchnick, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart in hopes of finding some much-needed support. On May 23rd, 2024, my daughter Paula suffered a heart attack which required a triple bypass surgery and a new valve replacement. Since then, her recovery has been a challenging journey.
We live together with my granddaughter Stephanie, who has selflessly dedicated herself to caring for myself, Paula and my 5-year-old great-grandson Thomas John, her son. Despite her unwavering commitment, our living situation is dire.
Our current home is not just uncomfortable; it’s unsafe. We are plagued by horrible living conditions, including a pervasive black mold infestations that our landlord refuses to address. Given my own health struggles and Paula’s recovery needs, remaining in this home is no longer an option for us.
At this point, we are pleading for your help. We need to move to a safe and healthy environment where we can focus on healing and rebuilding our lives without fear of health risks from our surroundings.
We are hoping to raise $7,500 to cover the broker’s fee and security deposit for a new home. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a profound difference in our lives.
It’s rare to have extra money in the bank these days, and we understand if you are unable to contribute financially. However, sharing our story with friends and family can also help tremendously and is deeply appreciated.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any support you can offer. Let’s come together to ensure that four generations do not end up homeless.
With love and appreciation,
Poppa Jack Pruchnick
