Popcorn for a Cause — Raising Money for Macmillan Cancer

Hi, and thanks for pulling up a seat.
I run Popcorn Simulation Gaming — a small, cosy corner of the internet where a growing community gathers to watch trains, buses and trucks rumble down the track. No shouting, no toxicity, just good company, daft chat, and the calm of a long haul with the popcorn out. It's grown into something genuinely special: a little family.
So we wanted to do something that matters with it.
Every single penny raised here goes straight to Macmillan Cancer Support. Not a cut, not a fee, not "expenses" — 100%. The streams stay free for everyone, and the popcorn's on us. This isn't about funding the channel; it's about the people Macmillan helps.
Almost everyone has been touched by cancer in some way. Macmillan nurses are the people who show up in the hardest moments — offering expert care, a steady hand, and support not just for the person who's ill but for the whole family around them. They help people live life as fully as they can, for as long as they can. That's what your donation pays for.
What your support does:
- Funds Macmillan nurses who care for people living with cancer
- Helps families get support, guidance and someone to lean on
- Turns a bit of fun on a Tuesday-night stream into something that genuinely helps
No amount is too small. The price of a coffee, a bag of popcorn, a train ticket you didn't take — it all adds up, and it all goes to the same place.
Thank you for being part of this community, and for helping us turn it into something bigger than a stream. Share it, chip in if you can, and come say hi on Discord.
Next stop: doing some good.
