Poor Connection 5K a day for lockdown

In the midst of a second lockdown, the thought of it for many people is seriously distressing. With Movember happening right now, the time to support those suffering from mental health issues is greater than ever, hence why the Poor Connection boys of Langley are deciding to raise money for Anxiety UK by running 5KM a day for the month of lockdown, running to Marbella (Spain) between 14 of us, to help raise greater awareness and money to support these charities. We chose Marbella as it was going to be our holiday destination for this year which unfortunately we didn't get.
We also want to encourage those who may be feeling the negative effects of lockdown to open up and get in touch with someone. Any one of us are more than happy for you to get in contact us. We're all in this together and will get through it together x x
