Pontone family help

On December 20, 2023 at just before 5am, my brother in law Dan was t-boned riding his motorcycle into work. He was ejected from his bike. His bike was towed and impounded. It was leaking fluids and totaled. Upon landing he suffered some serious injuries and was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Dan suffered a laceration on the bottom of his right foot, receiving 8 stitches, he torn a ligament in his right thumb that he recently had surgery on to reattach, physical therapy to follow after healing. He broke his femur right above his knee on his left side that they had to traction and put weight on, before receiving his surgery. On December 21, 2033 Dan had surgery on his femur that he now has plates, screws, and rods in.

Dan has a long road of recovery as he is learning to walk again, currently assisted with a walker. He spent his Christmas in the hospital away from his wife and 3 kids. He’s now home, but unable to work. My sister is doing her best to provide for the family, but bills are stacking up and help is needed. Anything and everything helps.
