Pomeranian Gigi Needs Surgery
Hi guys it’s PomMom Shima here!
As many of you know November 8th was the best day because I got to bring home my Pomeranian named Gigi Bear.
Gigi was born September 1, 2020 and has always been such a happy and healthy pup with tons of energy. She is only 2.5lbs and has the confidence of a big dog (guess she gets that from me)
This energy and confidence got the best of her this past Monday when she thought she was able to fly and she jumped off my bed. Long story short and 3 vet visits later, she broke her radius and ulna (which is her forearm).
I have attached photos of the X-rays below.
Gigi will have to get surgery to heal her bones with mini plates and screws. This is a very expensive surgery. I do have pet insurance, but the fine print on the insurance I have says they don’t cover broken limbs until Gigi Bear is 12 months old.
Gigi is the light of my life and has completely changed me, I will do anything to get her healed and recovered as fast as possible. This is my only Christmas wish.
This is where you can help! I am asking for donations for the cost of her surgery, any amount helps! I know these are hard times for everyone so even if you cannot donate please help by sharing this page with your friends and family.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this.
Merry Christmas
