Maldonado Pomales Family House Fire

Good People,

I call for your help!

My sister, Leticia Maldonado Pomales, a wife and mother of four has just gone through a major tragedy. An electrical wire issue has resulted in a massive fire causing immense damage to their beloved home. Everything, and we mean EVERYTHING has been destroyed in the flames of this fire.

With this in mind, the ability to start over has empowered me to tell my family's story in hopes to spark the compassion to give. This unforeseen happening has us all surprised, hurt, but hopeful about the future.

My sister, Leticia is an amazing woman, and mother of four beautiful children, Isiah (22), Elijah (16), Kaden (13) and Elicia (7). Leticia is a proud and dedicated employee of the Cleveland Heights University Heights school district and currently studying for her Masters in Public Administration.

In 2016, Leticia and her family left their home to care for her mother, Miriam and husband Daryl who were both ill. In January of 2017, Daryl passed away from cancer, shortly after, Miriam passed in July that same year. Sadly, November 20, 2018 marks the day the family home and the many memories come to rest.

Through all the sadness my sister manages to keep all of her children a main priority. Leticia has fully supported and just recently watched her oldest son graduate from Marietta College. Leticia hustles to keep  her children involved in a variety of extra curricular activities to keep them  active in the community and not afraid to chase their dreams.

Leticia and her husband, Tarnel Pomales, do an amazing job at taking care of their family. It truly hurts my heart to think about this tremendous set back in their lives this Thanksgiving. If you can find it in your hearts to assist my sister and her family in any way that you can, we would be forever grateful.
