Help us get out of Arizona

My name is Apollo, and I need to move. My partners and I are transgender, queer, polyamorous, and disabled in a Republican-dominated state. If the political climate weren't bad enough, the natural climate is getting worse every year, and our disabilities flare relentlessly in this heat.

Arizona is my home. It's all I've ever known. Nearly all my loved ones are here, and I can't imagine living anywhere else. The last thing I want to do is run away... but it's come to that.

Our plan is to head north and live near our friends by the opposite border, and eventually work our way to the east coast. Unfortunately, the very reasons we need to move have made it nigh impossible to come up with enough money. That's where you come in.

I'm starting the goal small for now, but we'll need all the help we can get. If you can't donate, please help us spread the word. I can't bear to watch my partners suffer through another dry, hot summer while our own government closes in on us.
