Polly lives her life following the five Fs: family, friends, faith, fitness and fun. Her passion is teaching senior classes/working as a travel agent part time in the Space Coast area.

That is, until she contracted a virus a dozen years ago which settled in her heart requiring a heart transplant. She was an exceptional patient. Life has been good post-transplant, but now she requires a second heart transplant to live.

Sheis now living at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL and requires financial help to cover her living, transportation, and home maintenance expenses. Recovery is in Jacksonville for an additional three months in which she is financially responsible for lodging, food, toiletries, etc. until she is released to go home and continue recovery. She’s looking at little income for at least a year! Can you help her?
