Hi! Those of you who have been supporting my work for a while know that:

a. I'm utterly obsessed with collecting example of the inscriptions inside Polish books gifted by Polish servicemen to their Scottish and English friends during the War

b. That I'm self-funding my PhD

c. That I try to be as generous as possible in sharing my research with both the British and Polish communities, to build bridges in our collective memory of the war.

A fabulous book has come onto the market, in the USA, with an absolutely lovely inscription - by the author, no less.

At the same time, its introduction places a number of similar Polish books in context - it has absolute academic value and will have pride of place in my next chapter.

I do appreciate you have numerous calls upon your wallets these days, but I would be hugely appreciative if you could help me keep this moment of Anglo-Polish cooperation alive.
