Polio Survivor Needs Financial Support

My name is Manny Poznanski. For those who know me and those who don’t, I am a polio survivor with Post Polio Syndrome, an associated heart condition, and many other related health problems endured over time. My life at this point is much like that of a quadriplegic. I am now in desperate need of your financial help to enable me to return to the United States for life saving medical care.
I am currently living in Brazil with my Brazilian wife who cares for my every need, every day of my life. However, I must now get back to the US to take advantage of medical benefits that I can't get here. The medical policy in Brazil excludes pre-existing conditions, namely polio, which affects just about everything that I am experiencing.
We have been unsuccessfully trying for 2 years to get my wife a visa and green card from the American immigration department so we can return to the USA. The wait has financially ruined me due to having to pay for my medical care out-of-pocket rather than through Medicare/Medicaid in the US. My cardiologist has asked for an emergency medical decision because I cannot get the urgently needed care and medications here in Brazil. Back in the states I am eligible for Medicare and Medicaid but can't take advantage of those benefits while living here.
Having now read my plea for your assistance, I hope you can see that my financial need is very real and vital to my ability to continue living with Post Polio Syndrome. I humbly ask for your help and thank you for reading my plea. Please do what you can as I'm not ready to ever give up!
