At this year's ROCK, Rev. Cynthia Moore-Koikoi, district superintendent of the Baltimore Metropolitan district, will be participating in the polar plunge on Sat, Feb 7, 3 PM at the beach of Flying Cloud condo on 94th St. Ocean City, MD. She welcomes donations!
