Pointe of View: Support Our Brown Ballerina Documentary!

Hi! I'm Camille Satterwhite-Rambert, a high school filmmaker from North Carolina. I'm excited to announce that I'm partnering with two incredibly talented sisters from Ohio, Reagan and Paige Nevels, to work on our very first independent film project. Together we're passionate about storytelling and using film to amplify underrepresented voices in the world.

Our documentary, "Pointe of View: The Story of a Brown Ballerina," follows Reagan and Paige Nevels, as they navigate the world of ballet through a journey of nearly 14 years, facing challenges and celebrating triumphs. Delving into the history of pioneering Black Ballerinas, our film sheds light on the ongoing push for diversity and inclusion in ballet. Through their inspiring journey, this documentary will spark change and inspire greater representation in the ballet community.
