Point & Shoot is a high-energy, short comedy-drama set in the 1990s, following two friends as they flee the pursuit of an unconventional mugger. It is a stylistically bold comedy, filled with moments of intensely high stakes and heartwarming bittersweetness. The film is set in the 90’s, commentating on the necessity of real human interaction. In an age of unlimited digital photography and social media, the film questions the value of documentation of a moment as opposed to the moment itself. It is a celebration not only of analogue photography but of friendship, empathy, and human connection too.

As this project is being run by a small group of independent filmmakers, we seek as much support as we can generate to bring this film to life. Post-filming, additional crowdfunding will go towards getting Point & Shoot into film festivals, where it can be screened, recognised, and shared.
