The Point Loma Colony of Theta Chi Fraternity is a colony that has faced great adversity. Before 2004 local fraternities and sororities were once a vibrant part of our University’s identity before their fiery tradition was extinguished.  Our traditions and ideals have given foundation and purpose for several young men at our University. "Our Resolute Men," have held our fraternity to a high standard of conduct and have altered the stereotypical perception of fraternities. We firmly believe in the usefulness of our fraternity and the knowledge and skills it has equipped us with to succeed in the real world. We fully intend to perpetuating its ideals so it may best serve the generations of Theta Chi members at Point Loma to come. 


Our colony has trailblazed a route none have ventured to take in over a decade.  Within a year and a half, we have created a positive reputation and image that we proudly uphold. Our members can be found leading detachments in the Reserved Officers’ Training Corps, arranging events as club presidents, and participation in the Associated Student Body. Our fraternity started as a small friend group, and now we are 30 members strong. The friendships we have forged are arguably some of the strongest on campus.  


To continue our growth, we are asking for your support. Whether it be big or small, the value of your donation will go on to impact the lives of us and our quest to establish as a national organization.  Our last major hurdle is being able to finance the cost of becoming a recognized Chapter and joining the Brotherhood of Theta Chi Fraternity.  Thank you for your help!
