Poetry For A Purpose: Sponsoring Whit Davis Students

Hello! My name is Mikhayla Smith, poet laureate of Athens, Georgia, and educator. I am working with community partners Amanda Daniel and Latasha Sheats to host a school supply drive for Whit Davis Elementary School. Our goal is to provide at least 100 students with backpacks and school supplies. With your donation, you can ensure that elementary students have what they need to begin the school year. Your donation will go towards purchasing backpacks, pencils, paper, folders, and any other basic school supply needs.
