Hi my name is Trish and I’m hoping to raise funds for my baby boy Poe’s medical expenses. Thank you so much for taking the time to read our plea for help.

This has been our worst nightmare. On Tuesday morning, Poe had a really scary episode and we rushed him to the emergency vet. Prior to this, he seemed perfectly healthy and had no visible symptoms. The vets found two tumors on his liver, one of which was bleeding into his abdomen, which is likely what caused his blood pressure to drop. The vets were luckily able to surgically remove the masses, and we are awaiting the results from the biopsy. We still don’t know if these tumors are an aggressive form of cancer or have metastasized.

After his intensive surgery and a two-night stay in the hospital, Poe is currently in stable condition and is being taken care of at home. As you can imagine, his medical treatment costs an insane amount of money and we frankly cannot afford it on our own, as we are struggling financially already as it is. There will likely be even more bills to come as we do follow up visits, but we’re hopeful that won’t be the case. Any amount that you can spare would mean the absolute world to us, our family, and friends, as Poe is very very loved by many. He is an incredibly bright, sweet & sassy little man with a lot of life left to live. Thank you so much for reading this! Poe sends his love and kisses ❤️
