Help get Pocha Truck in motion!

Hey everyone! I’ve decided to start building towards my actual dream of running a food truck.

Your support will help raise money for the truck and basic equipment until I can get out there and start selling and upgrade as I go.

I don’t want to go the normal route of a food truck or trailer that is prefab and honestly stifles the relationships people establish with a typical restaurant. I want to convert a Japanese Kei Truck into a small single person food truck so I can still interact with people and make connections.

The menu will showcase my interpretations of street foods, potentially incorporating a monthly rotation that highlights diverse cuisines from around the globe, complemented by unique twists of my own.

I'll be recording all the challenges, costs, queries, and everything in between that I've encountered or will encounter on this journey. This way, if anyone else decides to embark on a similar path, there will be a wealth of information available, addressing the current lack of accessible insights.
