On Sunday 13th September 2015 I will be taking part in the Welsh Iron Man (yes me of all people) to raise money for our amazingly brave and wonderful friend Sarah who is battling with breast cancer for the second time. I am aiming to raise enough money so that Sarah and her 2 young daughters can have a special treat.
A lot of people have asked recently why I have decided to do an Iron Man (when I only do the odd bit of runnning). And why for my first one have chosen to do what is considered to be the hardest one in the world. Well now you all know.
I do hope that I can do Sarah and her girls proud and I hope that I can raise enough money to give them a special memory to share.
