Hi everyone, my name is Clara Green and I was born and raised in Pacific Palisades for my entire life. As many of you know, some of the most devastating fires in California history have destroyed Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Alta Dena, and many other neighborhoods in the Greater Los Angeles area. My childhood home is gone, as well as the entirety of my town including almost every school I attended, the recreation center I played basketball at, the restaurants I grew up eating at, and the homes of so many friends and family.

While this has been a devastating loss for myself, my family, and my community, I am fortunate that I moved to Washington for college and have built a community in the Pacific Northwest. I want to encourage my PNW friends and family to consider donating to rebuild the community I have called home for so long and the other communities affected by these terrible fires that continue to rage on. All of the money that I raise through this campaign will be donated to charities and other campaigns that are raising money to help families in need and help rebuild Los Angeles. With so many families in need, any donation helps! Additionally, I am happy to provide proof of where your money will be going upon request. If you are not located in the Pacific Northwest, of course you can still donate!
