Hello, My name is Christina and Im a proud momma of a 12 year old son named "William Izaiah". He is truly my miracle born at 23 weeks & given only a 10% chance of survival.  Izaiah was diagnosed at the year of age 1 with quadraplegic spastic cerebral palsy. He has undergone 9 surgeries to date but always recovers with a smile on his face. Izaiah is smart, compassinate, determined and obsessed with sports especially football (patriots/cowboys fan). Lol
Everyone he meets loves him and as his mother he has owned my heart since the day he was born. Unfortunely these past 12 years have been a struggle to get him the best care possible, due to so many economical road blocks. Adaptive equipment is very expensive ! Thank god my son is growing up to be not only handsome but smart and with a hunger to achieve great things in life .A wheel chair accessible van can provide him with the mobile independence he needs to expand his possibilities! 
Anything given is appreciated, I know the goal seems like a lot but I would never ask for anything I didnt need. Thanks again for your contribution..
