The Lord's Heritage- Mandy & RC

Psalm 127:3 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.
Mandy (my sister) and RC Fairchild (her husband) have been on a journey to have children for almost two years now. In November of 2014, they had a chemical pregnancy. In January of 2015, they were so excited to find out that they were pregnant. One week later, Mandy was rushed into emergency surgery. She had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and had been internally bleeding for several days. The rupture caused her to lose one of her Fallopian tubes. Though she was very thankful to have made it through, it was devastating to loose the child. After internally healing for 6 months, she had exploratory surgery and the fertility surgeon was able to fix the cause of the tubal pregnancy. Never losing faith and continuing to lean fully on God they continued their fertility journey. They have tried continually on their own, a clomid cycle, and an IUI cycle. The doctor is now saying it is time to do an IVF cycle due to early diminished ovarian reserves. Fertility struggles are not something they ever thought they would be going through. It's not something they want, did anything to cause, or are able to fix on their own. It's a medical condition but is not covered under insurance. They love children and desire deeply to have their own. The previous surgeries and fertility treatments have placed a financial hardship on them but God has showed them favor and has always gotten them through. With the grace of God and this IVF cycle, this is their chance to have the children they've prayed for. Per the last doctor visit, the IVF cycle will be in 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and will cost between $16,000 and $20,000. If God places it on your heart to give, please know that you are helping my sister and brother-in-law's dream come true to have children. They will be forever grateful! May God's blessings be with you!
