I created this Go Fund Me page for my husband Zack Clute, whose dream is to open a custom butcher shop in the foothills area. Selling fresh local meat such as thick dry-aged beef steaks, pork, lamb, and seafood! And is now at his fingertips. He is exhausting his resources to produce the funds needed to open the doors. And now could use the help of our community.
Zack has 20 years of divided experience as a chef and butcher. Zack chose to work in the food industry at the age of fifteen out of survival “vowing to himself to never go hungry again.” Zack quickly developed a passion for cooking and a desire to feed his family, friends, and community.
Over the years I have watched Zack sacrifice so much of himself, from getting clean from addiction while sleeping on the floor of a butcher shop for two years. To become a full-time stepfather coping with the loss of our son and taking care of our household single-handily while I was recovering from a stroke. Zack is not too proud to ask for support however, he would never ask for a handout so as an incentive for
every $2,000 raised Zack will be donating one of “Zack’s Family Packs.” To a local nonprofit or family in need!
