Help Shannon Cocklin Beat Cancer

Shannon is well known to many of you... she's been the brilliance behind many of the delicious meals you've enjoyed over the years and very recently she's been the heart and soul of the kitchen at Essential Kitchen. Shannon and her partner Jeremy share a young son, Oscar.

She has just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and will be taking time away from her newly appointed position as kitchen manager to undergo treatment. She gave up her long-term position in health care, which offered a benefits package, to follow a dream for a more hopeful future of development and growth, not only for herself but for her belief in Cornwall and S,D & G's growing agri-business.

We hope that the treatment will be swift and successful, however, it will require all of her energies and as such, she will need to step away from her steady paycheque. Your help in any amount will be most appreciated.
